Fire Fighter

We found out that they were having an open house at a Fire Station near where live so we decided to take Daniel there because he loves firetrucks.

He was so excited to see the firetrucks and to actually get to go into them. He also loves to pretend drive all the time, so he really really loved getting into the firetrucks and pretend that he was driving. Can't tell her is happy can you?

They had little fire fighting outfits tht they could get in. I think he looks so adorable in his outfit. Maybe he will be a fire fighter when he grows up.

Pumpkin Patch!!

We decided to go to the pumpkin patch earlier this wear than when we went last year. We were glad we did because it was a beautiful day out and it was warm. We went to the same pumpkin patch we went to last year. Daniel was so excited to go, he kept saying we are going to get pumpkins.

Here he is sitting with his pumpkins. He picked the tiny one. He wanted one that was small, so it was easy for him to carry.

So many decisions, which pumpkin should I get?

He enjoyed feeing the sheep. We tooking him to the petting farm at the pumpkin patch to calm him down as he was having a major tantrum because we took him from the play area, which had a play car and if you know him you know he loves cars. All he wanted to do was play with the car. So we dragged him kicking and screaming to see the animals and after a couple minuts he calmed down and forgot about the car. Then all he could talk about was the hay ride, which we did next.

Dosen't he look so sad in this picture. I think he looks cute though. He wanted to pretend drive the boat, but a bunch of bigger kids kept running before him, so he could not.

He wanted to sit at this table, so I figured it would be a cute picture.

He loves going down slides, so when there was one at the pumpkin patch he had to go on it.

We did have a good time and it is amazing how different it was than last year. He has grown up so much in a year.

My Birthday

On my birthday the best gift I got was hearing Daniel say Happy Birthday Mommy. He even tried to sing Happy Birthday to me. Last year he could not say Happy Birthday.

Potty Training Progress

Well, I think we are finally making some progress towards potty training. Not really sure if it is just a couple day thing. I hope not. I have so worried that he is still going to be in diapers until he is five. I know that boys are more difficult to get potty trained than girls, but ugh. His cousin who is three week younger has been potty trained for live five or six months.

Yesterday and today he went poo in the potty. Today he went pee in the potty once. We have used a little bribery like you will get M&M's if you use the potty and that has helped. I know they say you should not do that, but please if it works why not. He also likes to be just like mommy and daddy, so tonight when daddy was going potty he ran to the other potty saying go potty like daddy.

Oh, Daniel will love when he grows up to know I discussed this with so many people.

Long Time No Post

Well, it has only been ages since I posted on here. I guess life took over. I plan to start posting on here more often now. I will post soon.
